Fun day today today

It's Monday but not one that I am dreading. I'm on treadmill typing on on my ipad right now getting ready for a full day. Music meeting at work at 9a. Hosting Q102 listener lunch at 1230 with Neon Trees at Mynt Martini. Interview them for Local 12 CBS TV at 130. On the radio at 3p with my friend Laura. Today we Interview one of my favorite artists Pink at 5p. She is not only an amazing artist but just a great human being and VERY funny!

Cool!! I love Pink. I wasn't a huge fan until many of her songs started to show up in our Bodypump releases. The head choreographer for Bodypump in New Zealand really loves her music. I am thankful because now I really look forward to her new stuff, she seems like one girl that will kick butt in the gym.

Well I learned a big lesson this week... Yesterday was my second weigh in at weight watchers, since recommitting. Last week at my first weigh in I lost 9.6 pounds. I was hoping to follow that up this week with 3-4 pounds BUT I made a mistake that cost me. I had a very busy week with a lot of afterwork social events that all in some way involved food or alcohol. Well I did GREAT with my food this week , I ate letter perfect and worked really hard in the gym. Where I made a colossal mistake was with alcohol. I didn't go overboard but then again I am not a big drinker so it was more than the norm for me.

What an amazing show! I LOVE The Biggest Loser on NBC and tonight’s makeover episode has had me in tears. I get such joy and inspiration seeing their loved ones meeting them for the first time in nearly ten weeks after some amazing transformations.
