I went to high school here at Kings High School and I always joke on the radio that my math skills are lacking because of where I went to school. :-) Truth is I loved going to high school at Kings but I do have a question.
How does one week turn into one month? I went on vacation a little over a month ago and allowed myself to enjoy my vacation in Memphis / Nashville / Chicago with BBQ and more. Ever since I started losing the weight and lost 130 pounds I have never put myself in a diet box. I just monitor what I eat and keep my cardio up and I weigh once a week. I do cardio six days a week.
Well that one week of eating whatever (for the most part) I wanted slipped into two weeks and so on. A lot of us have been there before. Over the past three years I have kept my weight within 10 pounds of my goal, BUT during this period I started slipping back into old (non healthy) habits. I have had people ask me if I struggle with my weight? The answer is everyday :-)
I guess the reason I am writing this to let you know I am really going to start journaling, getting back to all my healthy habits and Weight Watcher's principles.
I also write this to let you know you are not alone, I don't know anyone that hasn't stumbled or struggled if they have a weight loss battle.
Btw The picture above is from Wrigley Field where I watched the Reds beat the Cubs during July 4th weekend and enjoyed a hot dog, peanuts and a couple of beers :-)

Good for you for getting back on track. Before leaving for Paris I had 2.2 to get back to goal. Now I have 5 lbs to get back to goal.....but I am committed to getting back there and staying there. You have always been an inspiration to all of us ww's and I have no doubt you will be back at the weight you want soon.

Try to think of what you did the very first month you joined WW..sounds like you are thinking of doing the exact same thing. Always remember why you joined and look at that picture of you in the Peach shirt..What are you WILLING to do to get back to the weight you want? You're a winner..you'll get there..You're our hero
